I had a meltdown a few weeks ago, a combination of too many things to deal with. I have left my job which I can see will help improve thins but I am not coping with daily stress at all. I thought i would see how I felt but I realise Its going to take more than just a break. I took citalipram a few years back but I found it v hard to sleep. I am suffering from stress and social anxiety. Does anyone have any recommendations?
