It's all got too much, my boss ringing me telling me I had to go in for a shift today when they know I'm signed off has tipped me over the edge.

Everything is going wrong. I can't do this any more.

If you're signed off sick they can't make you work. Do you have an occupational health department at your work, could they help support you?
