Can I do this?

I have previously been anorexic/bulimic and overcome this via a mixture of sheer determination and fluxotine(sp). That was a few years ago, but I am sinking back into this and don't want ED's become evident to my DD's.

My question, and I am asking this as I genuinely want to know the answer, is can one beat this via willpower alone or do I have to resort back to the AD's? I just want to be rid of this. However, when I'm alone I either become addicted to exercise, laxatives, food or to a far lesser extent alcohol.

Life's too short for all this nonsense - I just want to enjoy every part of my DD's life with them and show them to see the very best in every situation.

When I overcame this before, it was a strict regimen which worked. But I can't waver from this or I waver too far.

Can this be done? I don't want to put chemicals into my body if this can be achieved again - long term / forever - alone. Is it possible?

Thank you for your advice!
