Can anyone share their stress reduction techniques? I'm finding myself getting stressed about silly little things like the phone ringing, busy shopping centres, traffic, the kids needing stuff organising before the end of term, home admin. Even if someone tries to have a conversation with me, I find myself getting stressed because I don't have time. As for the phone, I wish people would just text if it's not urgent. It rings when I'm walking down the street, trying to pay for shopping, talking to someone else or doing something that requires concentration. I would like to just wake up and have nothing on and nothing to do and for the day to be mine/ours.
