Anyone been to the priory or rehab?

So I have bipolar and alcohol issues. I've been struggling on for years, but I realise I can't do it on my own anymore. Last year was the worst of my life too and I had something really traumatic happen in February of this year. So I've been getting progressively worse. I want to be the best mum and wife I can be. And I think I need intensive treatment to do that. Today my husband offered to pay for me to go into the priory for a few weeks, which as you can imagine, is not cheap. My husband will be using his hard earned savings as we don't have medical insurance -so I want this to be worth it - but I also know that it's down to me to make it work too. Has anyone ever been to the priory or somewhere similar? And if so could you tell me about it and if it's worth it? It's a lot of money but I also think this is my best chance and it could be a small price to pay if I get my health and my life back. Thanks.
