I've been feeling not right. I can't explain it but I don't want to do anything and feel I can only get through doing basics functions in life and sometimes not even that. I didn't shower for 3 days because I cba.

Is there any point going to the GP as I don't want medication?
I don't want to talk to anyone else as they'll just worry about me. My friends have noticed that I'm extremely lack lustre at the moment but I've been attributing it to other things so I don't think they have a clue.

Your gp may be able to refer you for counselling or offer advice on self help?

I will go but feel almghtily like I'm wasting their time. I mean I can get out of bed. I can do things. I'm just flat vacant, almost like nothing's there and I'm going through the motions.
