why do I fins physical contact so difficult?

I am 25 and a mum.of two wonderful children aged 1 and 4. I have felt this way for a long time only recently have I worked out how to put it into words.

I hate to be touched by anyone, cuddles, kisses, anything sexual. Unless it is initiated by me.

I even get aggravated when my children kiss and cuddle me to much, which is so horrible and I hate myself for it as I don't want them to feel unloved but I physically can't deal with it.

I don't know why I feel this way. It is affecting my relationship and it's having an effect on my kids I want to make it stop but I don't know how.

Does anyone else feel this way? Can anyone help me or give me some advice?
