Does anyone else suffer these symptoms I have not really had these as part of the anxiety before but the last week or so especially today I am getting really breathless like I can't quite full my lungs , loads of skipped beats etc. I assume it's anxiety.

Please talk to me about this I feel totally exhausted with it

My iron levels are fine 😄 I have been in hospital a lot recently and the one thing that was really healthy was my iron!

Go to your GP soon as possible to check heart problem is 'just' linked to anxiety symptoms. The breathlessness certainly resonates with me, when you're anxious you can't fill your lungs up as your chest muscles are tensed up. Best of luck.

I used to get panic attacks during a very stressful time in my life and they were the symptoms. First time l went to the doctor who said my heart was fine and l was suffering from overwhelming anxiety. Do go to GP and get heart checked as then you can say to yourself that GP said my heart is fine so lm not going to die. Its horrible.
I had CBT and anxiety gone and all that heart stuff

Well I saw the doctor today who said my heart really was racing at about 150bpm which he thinks is caused by stress but I have beta blockers now to slow it!

Ugh, I had that last year when my anxiety got really bad. My trust offered CBT by phone, which I took up. I think it helped.

I got a peak flow meter to monitor my athsma and that helped me realise that my breathing was fine. I did a lot of slow breaths, both in and out, hyperventilating with extra deep breaths will just make you feel worse!

My anxiety was directly linked with time spent in hospital too. It's really hard to stop worrying when everything goes back to normal!
