Recent pregnancy loss plus hormones still in my system are causing 'big' drops in moods and instability. Memory loss, not being able to follow things, absorb information and concentration poor. It is affecting my work and others have noticed, expressed concern..
I feel I want to hide, deal with it in my own way until I'm 'ready' to emerge.. Does that make sense?
Taken the first step today, saw gp and prescribed sertraline again..
Just in those dark times, when you struggle to put on the 'front' and the changes of mood seem impossible to control, how do you deal with it?
Would love support , non judgemental to be me and work through it with a gentle hand to hold..
