Yes...I'm on Venlafaxine and Quetiapine. I only take the Quetiapine when feeling high though.

I'm actually reducing my meds at the moment as we're trying for a baby so no quetiapine and reducing venlafaxine.

I've made some massive changes to my life since I was diagnosed which seem to help as much as the meds....am now pretty much teetotal, make sure I don't work long hours or get too stressed at work, try and have regular sleeping patterns (will be hard once we have a baby!), etc.

I have bipolar, I was diagnosed in 2013 after a couple of rounds of psychosis and post psychotic depression.

I take Quetiapine and Lofepramine. The last couple of years, I've been fine over the summer, but quite depressed in the winter. I'm really looking forward to the clocks changing and the weather warming up a bit - hopefully anyway.
