ADULT ADHD just diagnoses

Good morning ladies.. i havent been on here for a few years but my Doc suggested i speak to other adults who may take adhd medication to guage what might work for me. i am newly diagnosed at the grand age of 34 having decided i finally needed the help and needed to get it so i can help my daughter x i am awaiting a list from the doc of possible meds but was hoping people may share their experiences with me
