What do you do?

Bipolar I

Refused meds due to side effects. Been well enough(ish) for a few months.

Feeling very iffy. Not SU just a bit nutty.

Manic maybe. Flying a bit.

Erm? Sorry nonsense

Good luck Coke, I hope they find you some meds with side effects that have less of an impact.

That wasn't nonsense, Coke, it was very clear. I'm sorry you have ended up in hospital, but I hope that your admission helps to get you feeling more stableFlowers

In nurse station (lnot on total lockdown). They will depot me tomorrow after Psychatrists visit. Fourth time in Capio in two years I know the needle in backside drill. Just pissed off at myself, very over excited. Painted myself in pretty colours, DH not impressed, children left at nursery as couldn't drive due to my rainbows. Back to hosp and they put me in gown. They cleaned me down and watched me use bathroom. I want to go to the shops, Selfridges is ten min walk and my watch is there for a service and polishing. if I had my watch I'd be able to tell time. I need time.

Got to go to bed now. Was allowed 10 mins phone access. Thanks for kind words . Needed to use phone time to make calls before tomorrow's meeting. Hugs to all who suffer.

Not unreasonable to want to access to the time. Probably not the best idea to go to Selfridges.... If someone (DH?) could bring you an alternative watch, or a cheap digital one, would that help at all?

Thank you, I am still in. Allowed phone now, DH in his infinite wisdom has disabled my cards so I can't cause troubles.

Have accepts oral Ablify, will not take a thing depot. Just saying thanks to you all, hey thoughts all over. Was well for months but they say no, was hypomanic. Will not be drugged like they did to me last year. Food is pretty nice , looks clean.

Hello ! Good to hear from you. Glad the food is decent.

Are they offering alternatives apart from heavy medication to help you?
