I have had talking therapy, CBT, possibly every SSRI and beta blockers. What will they try next?
Talking therapy didnt help, but was nice. CBT(had a few times) was helpful, but never lasting. Some SSRI's were no good, others helped for a short while, others made it worse. Beta blockers worked for a short while.
