.. leaving the dcs, dh everything.
Have felt like this for days and it is getting harder. I know I should phone the CMHT but all that will do is delay the urge for a few hours. It won't stop how down I feel or the constant feeling that everyone wants more than I have to give.
I know if I go now I will likely be 'over' it by Xmas (these feelings usually end up in a trip to A&E and a couple of days in hospital) but if I don't, or delay it, I am worried it will happen next week and ruin Christmas.
Just feel so stuck Sad

Thanks for your reply - was beginning to think I was invisible.
Not too bad today as have been working from home last 2 days due to a twinge in my back which means sitting / walking is not good. Takes the pressure off a bit and the dcs have been careful to keep me company or busy so limited opportunities.
I guess any 'progress' is good in some ways.
Just taking it one day at a time ...

Kids need you, and rely on you, so hang about and try not let festive period overwhelm you.

Have you family or friends nearby who could lighten your load a little?
You deserve a break at least for a few hours.

Pretend you need go out xmas shopping and ask someone to watch the kids a few hours.
Or use your sore back to say you need to go see a nurse, and instead go for a coffee and read a book or some peace and quiet for a wee break.

things conspiring against me. Bad back at the weekend only just getting pain free enough to sit for any length of time and now incredibly painful shoulder means I cannot drive!!!
I have done it before and i felt really good until I ended up in A&E with 2 'lost' days...
