only just keeping my head above the water

I have been off work for 6 weeks with work related anxiety as my boss is a bully! I went to the doctors on Thursday and as I was feeling better it was decided I should return to work. It's not 4.30 on Sunday morning and my chest is tight and feel like him about to have a panic attack aa the anxiety of going into the office is killing me what should I do?
