Why was my suicidal thread deleted, but others are fine?

I needed support, and I was denied it. The only reason I'm still here is because an intuitive friend made another friend drive her to my house because she knew from a conversation we'd had earlier that day that something serious was up.

I feel I'm being let down by everywhere I go for help. Social media, mental health services, here, GP, A&E. Clearly I'm not worth the effort of saving.

i don't recall your thread so i don't know specifically.

mnhq get very nervous regarding suicide threads and will delete them if there is any mention of direct intent and discussion of methods. There was a big to do about this about a year ago so it is blanket policy i think. So please please don't take it personally.

How are you feeling now?

Okay, that does explain it, thank you.

I'm not good at all. I had a crisis team meeting, they are taking my case back to the multi disciplinary team meeting to try and get me another psych review, but goodness only knows when that'll be, if it does even happen.

Thank you, and thank you for the PM.

I need to make a complaint to the health board about how my case has been handled, but all of my energy is being used on making sure my boys are happy, fed, washed, and dressed; I just don't have it in me.

I've had no contact from the service since Friday, I'm not expecting anything at all to be honest. I really need help, I'm asking for it, doing everything they tell me to do, and nothing gets any better.
