that I have depression or some sort of anxiety. I'm early 20s and recently I've been really down about everything, it's effecting my mood, my relationship and just generally my whole life.

I'm due to finish some intense training that I've been doing for the past year. Got 20 days left to complete over the course of the next 4/5 weeks and I'm feeling the pressure! I feel like a failure like I might actually fail which I know is stupid as if I was going to fail I would have been highlighted as a cause for concern it would have been 2/3 weeks ago. I just need to pass and get through the next 20 days but I don't even have a job at the end of it! The only thing I'm looking forward too is my holiday in 6 weeks which I'm so glad I booked as its what's getting me through knowing I have a break at the end of it all.

Does any one have any advice on how to cope with getting through the next 20 days without having a breakdown or crumbling under pressure.
