Your therapy may be going too fast. You don't have to face upto it if you aren't ready. Take it slowly and don't put pressure on yourself.

Are you talking about these feelings at the counselling too? The counsellor should be able to reassure you about the process you are going through. & are you taking any meds? They can help you feel a bit more resilient going through something like this.
