Sorry I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post but I have a PIP assessment next week and I'm really anxious.
I have Anxiety, Depression, Fibromyalgia, IBS and am often housebound as I'm terrified I will have a panic attack when I leave the house. I can't drive because I am so anxioud and tbh the medications I have would make me a danger anyway.
I'm going to have to get DH to drive me there but he'll have to drop me off as the schools are off that day. So frightened of going in alone!!
I'm off work as I am so ill with stress and my GP has said that this is making my Fibro flare up. He's said in his opinion I will always suffer from anxiety/depression.
I've heard there are so many people with physical disabilities that get knocked back. I'm imagining this as an interrogation Has anyone had this? Is there even any point putting myself through it?
