Hi, I'm not sure what to do or where to turn. I think I need some help.
I have a 14wk old boy, he has cmpa and reflux. I'm breastfeeding and as a result of the cmpa I've cut all fair from my diet. He had a reaction on the weekend and he's been doing nothing but crying and being sick all week. Doctor was less than useless.
I've been severely down for weeks now since this started when he was 6 weeks old. I cry at least once every day and it's getting worse. I have no friends round here and my husband works a lot running his own business. I'm so lonely I just don't know what to do anymore. Lo keeps crying and won't sleep because he's in pain. I feel like I'm losing my mind

You are not losing your mind, I promise, but its bloody tough
My LO had reflux, without the CMPA and OH worked away and I often wonder how I got through the early months

Have you got a health visitor? Or can you book an appt with another GP? There are lots of avenues to explore, but it's impossible to explore them on your own

Also, have you looked at local groups? I know it's hard when you feel so isolated, but sometimes, making that scary step can be the first step to meeting other mums, many of whom may be able to identity/empathise with what you are going through

You're not on your own xx
