Yeah I do have quite a lot of things to worry about at the moment.. I guess it could be that? Seeing my fab gp on Monday so maybe he'll have some insight into it

I've had isolated moments of panic where I didn't have another one for over a year (still had low level anxiety tho).
Maybe you're stressed?

No, never had it before and I was just sitting quietly reading on here - nothing happening at all - bizarre.. today was uneventful.. which is a good thing, lol.

I'm shaking like a leaf, cold sweat, breathing heavily and feeling absolutely terrified. My knees are trembly when I try to walk too.

Is that a panic attackk?
