Single point of access phone line

My GP recommended I call the Mental Health Single Point of access service after re-diagnosing my depression.

I spent nearly a week trying to steel myself to make the call, finally dialed the number an rang them an hour ago, only for the line to be engage, I keep screwing up the courage to call again but it's always engaged.

It's just making me want to stop trying to get through.

Oh monkey that's crappy. Why didn't they think of that when they set up the service!?!
Is their any other way if making contact? Email, message on voice mail? If not keep going, you deserve to get the help. Keep ringing them until you do.
