Citalopram and funny feeling around my mouth.

Could this be a reaction? slightly fuzzy odd feeling around my mouth?
I get all the usual side effects- insomnia, lack of appetite, nausea, loss of libido etc.

I'm allergic to co- codamol and get similar but a more severe feeling with that (Before they said that not to take it).
