Hello!
I've just posted on a few threads in the last couple of days and thought that it might make sense to start a new thread to I explain what it is that I'm going on about and why!
I'm a long-time MNetter (5+ years) but I haven't posted about this subject until recently because I wasn't sure if I was ready to explain it well enough in this format.
I'm work as a personal development/performance coach using a methodology called the Three Principles, which is relatively new to the UK. I'm on a bit of mission to spread the awareness of the principles more widely as I've seen how life-changing it can be for people with mental health issues.
It has been used in the US in most situations you can think of, including corporates, schools, communities and prisons and to incredible effect - it seems to work for issues such as depression, anxiety and OCD where other therapies have failed.
Practitioners from other fields, including traditional psychiatry, CBT and NLP are moving over to the Three Principles and it's likely that one day it will become THE way to help people with mental health issues, and anyone who wants a greater sense of wellbeing and clarity.
These videos give show some case studies, although I warn you trying to understand how the Three Principles works from just reading and watching online can be a bit mind-boggling!

This is in no way a sales pitch. Whilst I make a living from coaching, I also offer pro bono sessions so that money isn't a barrier for people in getting help and I also write this blog to share the Three Principles with people who might otherwise not have known that they could get help:

As I said, I'm on a mission to help people who are suffering with mental health issues of all kinds having experienced an amazing change myself and having witnessed some nigh on miraculous recoveries in my own clients. I know that spreading the word about the Three Principles is the most effective way to do this - so that's why I've started posting here about it!
I hope this make sense and is helpful. Please let me know if you have an questions and I'll do my best to answer them!
