In bed already

I feel exhausted, really exhausted, mentally and physically. Haven't even had the energy to get properly undressed, clean teeth or take make up off. I feel yuk but I don't feel I have the ebergy to do any of it.

I put dd to bed and got in mine. Lying here feeling shivery and my skin is hurting. I've had a chesty cough but been checked by GP. Think I'm just so tired and drained. Feel guilty about not giving dd enough attention today.

Didn't want to moan on fb and be called an attention seeker, so thought I'd moan here instead!
