I need a good kick up the arse I've been depressed for so long now and for the first time in my life I'm overweight which is making me more depressed.

I can't seem to do anything around the house and poor dh who works full time is doing the brunt of housework.

Seeing the house messy also further depresses me. So I'm in a vicious cycle in which the less motivated I am the less I clean and work out the more depressed I feel and that makes me less motivated.

How do I shift my lazy arse and clean and exercise?

get a 'fitbit' it tracks your steps and others can check up on you !! will get you up and doing things !! the pounds will soon be falling off you !!
maybe change your lamps to brighter ones now the nights are getting shorter too. we change ours to daylight bulbs at this time of year ! makes a big difference !
you've already taken the first step by commenting ! just a few more now !! and you will be bouncing about like you used to in no time :-)
