Hi
I have been taking sertraline for 10 weeks now, and feel so much better. Infact I'd go as far to say I'm back to my 'old self'. I take it for anxiety and depression, and this is my second time around. I took it for 6 months 8 years ago too.
My doc suggested CBT so that I don't end up back in this position in another 8 years (or 2 years or whatever) and use it to help get to the root cause of the anxiety.
Any advice? Do people find it helpful?
I obviously want to stop anxiety for good - but at the moment I feel good, so a bit unsure if I need it/should do it.
Thanks
