I suffer from severe anxiety and it hinders my every day life. stupidly I agreed to travel 4 hours in a car to visit family. now Im 9miles from services and feel like Im going to poo myself. Im not its just period pains, but I can't calm myself down. please tell me how to chill the fuck out.

for a bit more detail. this is why I dont go any where, I feel I won't find a toilet in time and it terrifies me.Sad

Your poor thing. How are you doing?

You must be almost there.

This might be a ridiculous idea but can you get a travel toilet thing to keep in the car? Just do you feel safe that if you absolutely totally do need to go there is a facility to do so?

Doesn't help this time and I'm not really sure what to suggest for the moment, sorry, but am hand holding...
