Hi
Apart from the usual like exercise, diet, talking things through etc does anyone have specific tips to help deal with depression/anxiety - when you are feeling very trapped. I do find distraction helps but i seem to get the same thoughts in my mind constantly day in day out. I am utterly miserable and the moment i wake up, it is more of the same again. I want to get out of this. Has anyone else felt this way? is it a time thing? I just cant seem to break though it.. TIA

Go to the gp as your medicine may not be the best for you. I had to change mine after 2 years. Try cognitive behavior therapy . I found it really good to change my stuck in a rut thinking . It is sometimes hard but some times there is there is something good. I must go for a run tomorrow .Thanks
