I've been on sertraline since sept for pnd and anxiety. I think it's worse when I ovulate and before Af. I've just had an awful week, shouty and stressed. Af has started now after a week of spotting (copper coil) and I feel a lot better today. I'm thinking of ditching the coil as Af is now way heavier than when I didn't have it. I'm a long term breast feeder, current baby is 15 months. I've no plans to stop soon.

A friend told me yasmin helped her pmt. sex is nonexistent due to cosleeping, and lack of desire. I've resisted hormonal contraception as I think the only chance of me wanting sex will be around ovulation time. I think the sertraline has helped my mood and anxiety and I wonder if hormones are what sends me into a hissy fit?

Any ideas? I feel I need contraception just in case (the poor chap is very patient). We didnt get on with condoms. I don't want any more children, 3 under 6 is plenty. I didn't used to be like this. I'm 40.

I use a diapghram not as intrusive as condoms and no hormones to mess you up.
