devilishmangerdanger Tue 04-Dec-12 23:18:08

Thanks, I'm getting there, still feeling sad and see no way out but it has been a better day. Lots of things adding to the mix of it all, making life tougher. Life's threw too much at me and what I'm in now has no let up, no break, when realistically it's not just me who needs the break in more ways than one.

Hope you guys are feeling ok?

Hope you have continued to improve. Is there any way to break what you are facing into smaller steps? (Mind you, I am having problems motivating self to do Christmas cards and presents - not through depression though, thank goodness)

carry on plodding on, hour by hour, day by day.

I can't see any way of breaking it into smaller steps silver. At times the only way out I do see is parking my car in a river with me and my disabled son in it. However like Light says, keep plodding on and that I will do. It just comes and goes in waves iyswim.

Ah I see your problems are global sad Do you get any help with DS?

devilishmangerdanger Thu 06-Dec-12 20:19:06

he's a long story..........plenty of do gooders not helping with the right issues, all meaning it's down to me to support him 24/7 as he's been out of school for the last 3 year due to no one supporting his real needs iyswim

However I get a 4 hour break on Fri tea time and a 3 hour break on a sunday afternoon but it's not fun, doing stuff/housework I can't do while I have DS.
