I want to be a good luck person rather than a bad luck person.

I have had a run of bad luck recently; a failed relationship and a car crash. I always think that I don't deserve happiness or that good things don't happen to me. How can I think more positively and / or less catastrophically? On a bit of a downer.

sorry to hear about bad luck, not nice is it
there's the theory of how we interpret events and whether we internalise(own fault) or externalise (not my fault).
you know what wobbly love life, car crash unfortunately happens necessarily blame self
