So this time last year I was in a physchiatric ward being treated for post partum phycosis. I was in a terrible state on very high dosage medication.

I march I also was treated for depression and bi polar.

Had a review meeting last week where they spoke of me coming off my medication, I feel much more positive, enjoying my time with DD and enjoying life.

Yes a year is a long time but out of the entirety of a life time it's soon gone by.

As I keep telling myself 'this soon shall pass'

Good luck to others going through anxiety , depression, mania, psychosis
