Seriously... Why can't I chill the hell out??

I posted last week asking about anxiety and I agree I think I am anxious.
Nothing in my mind is actually life threatening or going to harm me, why can't I relate to that and chill?
I read other peoples problems and nothing I have to worry about comes close but still I can't chill!!

I've now started retching and feeling short of breath when problems happen.

These things aren't important, why can't I chill the fuck out??!!!

Any arse kicking or other helpful tips gratefully received as I am driving self up the wall here!

watching with interest as suffer much the same way - not feeling great atm and trying to deal with it

Anxiety and panic disorders are terrible illnesses to have to suffer. Have you been to see the GP. Counselling might help or maybe try a relaxation DVD/CD. I usually listen to Overcoming Your Fears by Louise Hay....very calming.
