ADHD and omega 3

Anyone using omega 3 supplements for helping with this. would love to know if you are seeing any good outcomes by using it?

I used to use it on ds1, but I can't say I ever noticed that much of a difference. You can always try it though. I think the Eye-q ones are meant to be the best.

Hmm... tried Eye q satchets with ds1 and ds2 (2 a day) for 10 months, no difference at all! Sorry.
