Struggling today with my vomit phobia - help please!

Hiya, Feeling quite stressed out today...have suffered from emetophobia ( vomit phobia) for 24 years and it was under control untill I had my bambino and then the phobia got lots worse ( has CBT, hypnotherapy and psychologist intervention) and things have improved a bit.

However, I HATE it when I hear about people having a sickness bug and I get very panicky. This afternoon, I met up with my best mate at a softplay - I was with her for a while and she was holding my baby when suddenly she announced that she had sickness and diarraheo this morning - I nearly fell off my chair and started to feel very stressed. I now am VERY worried that my baby or I will have caught the sickness bug from her - do you think this is likely? I am also feeling very annoyed at my friend because I can't believe that she thought it was o.k to be around other people when she had just been ill - am I being irrational? As soon as she told me I wanted to run home and scrub myself and my daughter but knew I couldn't without appearing weird so I just sat there and tried to carry on as normal when inside I was freaking out - ARGH!

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Not sure about whether she's likely to have it. Just wanted to give you my sympathy and a hug as a fellow emetophobe. It's not easy is it :(
