I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for a few years and have other health problems, mainly severe vertigo. The hospitals and doctors have been useless, still waiting for an appointment to see a neurologist after being told it was an ear problem for 10 years.
On top of this I really can't cope with my family, they are unsympathetic and expect me to do everything for them.
My husband works from home, I have two teenage daughters and they do absolutely nothing. I don't mean just mean cooking and cleaning, they all behave like 3 year olds who can do nothing for themselves. Even asking me to fill in forms for them and things like that.
Then there is my mum who's nearly 80 and expects me to be helping her all the time.
None of them are even greatful, they are always sulking and shouting if everythings not just right.
I feel like walking out but have no where to go and no money. Just don't know what to do. I have tried talking and explaining how I feel but they are not interested. It's always turned round into I don't care about them.
I really need someone to talk to and probably treatment for the depression, just don't know where to start.
