Anyone tried using these if so do they work, I did have zopiclone but don't have any left the lack of sleep is giving me horrendous migraines/headaches and I cant take my migraine tablets on the medication I'm on, resorting to solpadol to take the edge off them.

I didn't take Kalms but Boots own which are basically the same, and they helped me. But what has helped me the most is hypnotherapy on my ipod (Paul McKenna 'I can make you sleep'). He may be annoying but he worked much better than even zopiclone which I felt just gave me 'artificial' sleep anyway.

If you have an iPhone or similar / android try downloading the quick sleep app. Basically tons of soothing sounds to listen to / mix yourself. I do take temazepam at times to help me sleep but never more than 3 days in a row, separated by a least 3 non med days (as per GP to avoid dependency). I use the app a lot so tend to find a 28 day supply of meds lasts 4 months as are only there for only the really dire times.

No I don't have anything like that my sleep problems are anxiety related due to childhood abuse.

These sorts of hypnotherapy things help with anxiety too. Is it worth a try? Otherwise kalms may indeed help, they are worth a try too.
