need CBT, but out of UK

I was badly assaulted over a year ago, with facial injury and i am struggling with acceptance etc. Following my surgeries I have been refered for CBT by the NHS however we have just had to move away from the UK due to DH's job and so I do not know how to acess it. NHS has not been able to offer any help with this, just that I would be provided with it if i was in the UK. I don't speak the language of the country that we are in and so I think the best option would be to find private phone CBT. Does anyone know if this exists, or where to start looking? I am in quite a delicate state, not being able to move on and think that it is really important that I can sort this out,I just don't know how.

Thanks

Hi I did some basic googling and found this guy - I'm sure there are more like him. Skype will help keep comms costs down.
