Go to a pay phone and phone the person who is nearest to you both emotionally and in terms of distance. Get some support now.

There's no one.

No friends no family? Unlikely. No one who knows how you are feeling - possibly - but that's the bit that has to change.

It's too late to call my friends and anyway no one lives near me.

My family and I don't really get on.

It is not too late to phone friends at all

Stop self destructing and get some support for yourself

Ive been feeling like that for a couple of weeks now, it sucks doesnt it.

Are you sleeping ok at the moment, is getting some sleep and a break away from feeling so bad an option?

I've been sleeping all the time. I can't seem to stop being tired.

Going to a hotel tomorrow and going to bed early and sleeping and sleeping and sleeping.

It works, are you seeing a gp, it sounds like you might need some anti-ds or is this a short term thing?

Report

I have taken so many anti depressants and I just don't think it works for me. The problem is my behaviour, I know it is. I am diagnosed with BPD and I act like such a horrible bitch sometimes. All the time really.

My partner can't be with me because of how I treat him. I have made a mess of my life, my career and everything else.

BPD, is that borderline personality disorder?

I know what you mean about making a mess of everything ive done pretty much the same...

If you cant take anti-ds them maybe some pychological therapy would work for you?

You may need mood stabilisers or a specific form of CBT - go talk to your mental health specialist/team
