How do I go about finding a reasonably priced therapist in central London for anxiety/depression?

The BPS also should have a list of therapists.
Some therapists do cheaper rates for people on low incomes, so search around or ask.

The best approach really depends on what you want to work on??

But in general i would suggest:
1) go for what you like the sound of!!
2)Pick a therapist you like

you should be able to meet a therapist before making any agreement or paying anything.
