Does anyone do 800 cals mon-fri and healthy eating at weekend? If so, what’s your losses like?

I do this. 800kcals OMAD Mon-Fri and then up to 1600kcal weekends. My average loss is 2.2lbs per week. Make sure to weigh in before the weekend not on a Monday: I made this mistake and Mondays I always gained food and water weight from the weekend.

Yes, Mon-Fri approx 800 cal, 16:8, protein shake at lunchtime, one actual meal, no snacks.
Saturday anything goes, but sensible portions. This is my biggest exercise day
Sunday back to 16:8 but not calorie restricted.
Am consistently losing 0.7kg a week and not feeling deprived in any way
