I'm currently doing the 5:2 diet and my tdee is 1300 calories. I've been good all week but today I've consumed 1758 calories. I have a cookie. Do I eat the cookie today and just have a bad day and salver it at the weekend or don't do any more damage and eat it tomorrow? Not eating the cookie is not an option
