Started 16:8 yesterday, now I can't eat until 12.30 pm today 😭😭

Just moaning (procrastinating before work!) really .... my stomach is rumbling, and water ain't hitting it 😂😂😂

I would move your stop eating point in the evening to an earlier time at least temporarily. And try just doing 14/10 or 15/9 to get you into it. That's what I did and build up. It's a long time till 12.30. Back on it this week and two days on 800 calories.

If you're a coffee drinker try MCT oil (look up bulletproof coffee). It doesn't break your fast but keeps you going.

Do you use an app?
I use the Zero app and like to see my timer count down to when i can eat. Motivates me when im having a hungry day

Thanks everyone!
Made it till 12.30pm! 💪💪
I wished I could eat earlier in the evening but I've only just got home now, so time for tea!
Let's do this 👏👏

Tin of peas, low in calories, high in fibre, very filling and if you eat out the tin there's no washing up.
(well perhaps the spoon but you can lick that clean and pop it back in the cutlery tray Wink no one will know - well they haven't so far) Smile

Fasting will always be hard if you’re not fat adapted. Are you eating a low carb diet outside of your fasts?

It gets much much easier! Honestly. Partly you get used to feeling hungry and knowing that it will pass pretty quickly and more importantly the hunger signals get a lot weaker! My eating window doesn't tend to start until 2pm because we eat really late in the evening due to partners work, but it's become a lot easier - 30 days in and I barley think about it now!
