Since the summer I have been losing weight slowly and steadily at around 3 pounds per fortnight by cutting down/eating sensibly.
About 4 weeks ago I started to add in a water fast once a week (which suits me better than eating) and I want to add in a second one after Christmas.
This will then be a 5:2 diet, but I'm wondering if this is still 'rated' as the conversations and the trends seem to have moved on...
I would love to hear from other people on the 5:2. I am doing it to lose weight (another 20 pounds to go), but the other health benefits are an added bonus
