Mood improving with 16:8.

I wanted to share, I’m finding my morning mood is improving when skipping breakfast. How amazing! Today I had breakfast , ok carb loaded wholegrain toast but ice slumped.

Oops sent before finishing. I just wanted to share in case anyone else suffers with a bit of a morning slump. Admittedly when 16:8 I’m ready for lunch by 11:30!
