Hey I just started 5:2 this week and so far I'm doing ok. I thought I'd be waaay hungrier and hangrier
I just wondered if anyone else out there doing it is veggie/vegan and how they are getting on? Any fave recipes or top tips? I'm mainly sticking with loads of veg (salad, cooked or soup) with lentils, beans, nuts/seeds, tofu, houmus or egg.
