Fasting / 5:2 diet

What can I take to work with no access to cooking/heating equipment?

I'm starting 5:2 This week to try and shift the baby weight. I'm now back in work, and want to have my fast days on a Tuesday and Thursday (work days) as I think it'll be more practical. Only problem is, I work in the community so driving between clients without access to any cooking equipment. All the meals I can think of for fast days involve fish, Eggs, etc. I normally take sandwiches as don't fancy salad when I'm sitting in my car in the middle of winter.

Any suggestions on what to take? And just to be even more awkward, I love certain foods boiling hot (such as soup) and never find a thermos keeps it hot enough for me, so soup is out.

I don't bother with salads and dressings when I go to work. Too much faff.

But I would tend to take in chopped up stuff in a container.
For example...

Carrot
Cucumber
Peppers
Chunk of cheese
Seeded crispvreads (I like the Dr Karg ones) with peanut butter.

Or a full fat Greek yogurt with nuts and berries.

All of the above surprisingly filling.
If I had soup I'd need some cheese or something else with it to fill me up for longer I think. If you fill your flask with boiling water then pour it out before you put your soup in it should help keep it warm.

Make yourself some breakfast egg muffins with tomato, mushroom, spinach, cheese, ham, etc.

I have only done 3 fast days so far but have not eaten anything till my evening meal and had the 500 calories then. It’s been fine / plenty of water and a black coffee or two during the day.

Get a better thermos flask! Take a big flask of thick, nourishing soup or stew. With some crusty bread to dip into it. Yum.

Or get an in-car kettle. Should be one on Amazon.
