I don't particularly need to lose weight, but I'm on a mission to tone up. I've been working out with a trainer for the past few months (initially to lose the last 10lbs of baby weight from DC2, now 14 mo, which I've pretty much done now) and I'm seeing gradual changes in my physique - gaining muscle definition, etc.
I'm interested in 5:2 in part for the health benefits (I've been dabbling in IF with 16:8 a few times a week), but was wondering if it would also help improve my body composition (combined with continued exercise/ training)?
