I'm doing the bsd diet, and have people for dinner tonight, but am having a total blank on what to cook?

Tonight I'm having fillet steak with blue cheese and creme fraiche sauce, green beans and spinach. Comes to 363 cals, but I've eaten less today to allow for Friday night lush supper! You could easily do that, but cook some spuds for the others.

Or, the other night I had a white fish fillet wrapped in parma ham, green salad with avocado, and a tomato/onion/garlic sauce for the fish bits. Was around 310 cals. Looked quite posh.
